SRV Update 25th May 2015

Dear Members Our season is now at a close with the last event being the Tasman Challenge on the weekend just gone. I was not there but by all reports it was a great weekend capped off by our team winning. Thanks to everyone that assisted especially all the boat owners who came along for the weekend. Administrative Officer A fantastic opportunity has become available at Ski Racing Victoria for a proficient and experienced Administrative Officer, and the successful applicant will start immediately on a casual basis working out of our office in Port Melbourne. Work load can vary dependant on our racing calendar, average hours 15 -30 hours per week. Presentation Night Details

This year’s SRV Presentation Night is to be held at RACV City Club, Bourke St Melbourne on Saturday 11th July. Starting at 6.30pm sharp, until 11.30pm, tickets include a great venue with amazing views, a 3 course meal, beer, wine, soft drink, professional photography and some great music! SRV Update

Dear Members Our season is coming to a close with our Robinvale race and our Point Score series completed. We only have the Trans Tasman Challenge to run on 23rd May at Lake Charm. All thought Robinvale went off well the passing of Jai Welch was a tragedy, to lose a family man so young has been hard not only for his family, the broad ski racing community but many other clubs he had been part of in the Echuca area which was made apparent at his funeral.
